Copyright Policy

How we protect creators' work, and how to report infringing content.
Draft — not legal advice. This text is a starting template for a store run from Portugal and selling to consumers in the EU. It must be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch. Fields in brackets still need to be completed in Admin → Settings.

Our products

All products, previews, the TAIO® name and logo are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product grants a license, described on the product page and in the Product License. Sharing or reselling original files is not allowed.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a listing, preview or review on TAIO infringes your rights, send a notice to [Contact email] or through the contact form (topic “Copyright”) including:

  • Your name and contact details, and whom you represent.
  • The work you own and the exact URL of the content on TAIO.
  • Why you believe the use is unauthorised.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith.

We review notices promptly, under the EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action rules, and may remove or disable access to the content. We tell the affected party, who may respond.

Pirated copies of our products

If you find TAIO products redistributed elsewhere, please let us know. We do not penalise customers for reporting.
