Frequently asked questions
Why do I log in with Discord?
It's the only login method, so there's no password to manage. We only request the basic “identify” permission: your Discord ID, username and avatar. We can't see your email, servers or messages.
Where are my downloads?
Everything you buy or claim for free is in My Library, for as long as your account exists. Download links are generated when you click and expire after a few minutes, so always start from the library.
Can I use the assets in monetized or client work?
Yes, under the default TAIO Standard License: personal, commercial, monetized and client projects are all allowed. Each product page shows its exact license.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. The license lets you use the files in your own work, not redistribute, resell, repackage or upload the originals elsewhere.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card payments through Stripe and PayPal, when enabled. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.
I paid but the product isn't in my library
Your order is confirmed when the payment provider notifies us, usually within seconds. If it's still missing after a few minutes, check Purchase history and then contact us with the order number.
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are delivered immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery begins (you agree to this at checkout). Faulty or misdescribed products are always fixed or refunded. See the Refund Policy.
Do I get updates?
When a product is updated, owners are notified and the new version appears in their library at no extra cost.
How do 3D previews work?
3D products show an interactive, lightweight preview model that you can rotate and zoom in your browser. The full-quality source files are delivered only after purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account and request deletion. You can download a copy of your data there first. Legally required order records are kept in anonymised form.
